Billing questions
What is a lead credit?
A lead credit claims one scoped survey job near your crews. Pro includes 12 a month. Basic does not include lead credits: clients send survey requests from your profile and they arrive by email.
Can I cancel Basic?
Yes, any time. After payment we email you a private manage link that opens the Stripe billing portal for your card, invoices and cancellation. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your profile stays up until the end of the period you paid for.
What counts as my service area?
On Basic: the state page your profile is listed on and the one county you name on your profile.
