Always free for clients
Posting a job, asking a surveyor for a quote and comparing quotes never costs a property owner, builder or title team anything. You pay the surveyor you hire, directly, at their quoted price. Surveyors.io does not perform surveys and never marks up the work. Post your job or browse surveyors.
Fee questions
When do I pay the success fee?
Only when a client accepts your quote. You confirm the hire by paying the fee by card, and the client's name, email and phone number are released to you at once. Your card is saved, so the next hire confirms itself.
What if the job falls through?
If the client reports within 14 days that the job did not go ahead, the fee is refunded to your card automatically. If you cannot take a hire, decline it and nothing is owed.
Do I need Pro to get jobs?
No. A free profile receives every job in its service area and can quote all of them. Pro adds featured placement, a first look and text alerts.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time from your manage page. Your free listing stays up.
